My name is Johanne Danielle I am a Fine Artist, creativity has always been a huge part of my life. The knowledge and techniques collected over the years of studying and experiementing gives me opportunities to create a unique body of work as well as helping me to convey the moods and emotions I feel in each piece. 

Inspiration for my work is drawn from the 'land' and other organic forms of nature. When walking in the countryside or on the beach, looking at the vast array of flowers across the season's or seeing plant life reclaim back its territory; surrounding oneself with nature's beauty is inspiring. 

I document my inspiration through photographs that allow me to capture the moment and my experiences of the places and objects that inspire me. Armed with this inspiration and my intuition, the work I create conjures up majestic scenes of unusual plant form, landscapes or animals, whilst keeping some form of abstract elements to allow the viewer to create their own interpretation and connection to the work.
