I started my training in art & design at St.Helens and graduated in Fine Art at Loughborough College of Art & Design in 1991. Working full time in the rail industry I have maintained a  creative outlet through various mediums.
In January 2016 I launched 'Handmade in Horwich End'. This is a one woman operation producing bespoke works of art primarily (but not solely) in fabric.
I am currently producing a series of celebrity figures capturing a specific moment in time. Recently, I have completed a commission for the Modfather himself, Mr. Paul Weller!
Other works include the reinterpretation of imagery from popular culture in fabric to produce textile pieces for hanging and soft furnishings.
I welcome commission work.
